About Us
With the outbreak of the American-Israeli war of aggression against Iran on February 28,
2026, we – the founders of Minab – came together to protest against it.
Driven by love for our homeland, Iran, and our people, as well as a shared pursuit of justice, we refused to remain silent. In this collective act of resistance, we found one another, and a coalition began to take shape.
Coming from different backgrounds, generations, and disciplines, we are united by one simple truth: “Bombs dropped by foreign powers do not bring freedom, nor justice. They bring only death and destruction.”
By raising our voices, we choose resistance over silence, hope over despair, and peace over war.
In memory of the 168 innocent victims who lost their lives at the elementary school in Minab, we named our coalition “Minab.” Our name is a promise that this crime against humanity will never be forgotten.
Our Vision
The Global South is being severely affected by imperialist aggression. Together with the peoples of Latin America and West Asia, we stand against this aggression.
We strive for a sovereign, dignified, and self-determining Iran, where the Iranian people, in all their diversity, can shape their own future: a future free from war and foreign domination.
Our Mission
We unite to resist war, foreign domination and aggression, and to promote peace, justice, and self-determination for the Iranian people. As a diverse group from the Iranian diaspora in the Netherlands, we aim to build a bridge between Dutch and Iranian society.
